Our Commitment

We want you to love what you order. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mypilife.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Apparel — Size or Fit Issues

We understand sizing can be tricky. If an apparel item doesn’t fit, you may return it unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To initiate a return, email us at support@mypilife.com with your order number. We’ll send you return instructions. Your refund will be issued once we confirm the item’s condition.

Supplements & Skincare

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements or skincare products. If your item arrives sealed and unopened and you’ve changed your mind, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What We Cannot Accept

•       Opened supplements or skincare products

•       Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered

•       Items returned after 14 days of delivery

•       Items without original packaging

How to Start a Return

Email support@mypilife.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
