First and foremost, you acknowledge that before using, while using, or ceasing to use any of our products, advice or suggestions, you must consult your physician because we are not physicians and only you and your physician know your current condition and medications.
Second, all supplements are manufactured by FDA registered labs that adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The FDA has not evaluated any of our supplements or their labeling.
Third, individual results may vary. We cannot and do not make any claims concerning what results you may achieve from any of our products, advice or suggestions. Many companies quietly build the cost of returns, refunds, and exchanges into their prices. The reality is that those costs can be surprisingly high—and unfortunately most returned products are never resold and often end up in landfills.
Rather than raise prices to cover those costs, we’ve chosen a different path.
To keep our prices as fair and accessible as possible—and to reduce unnecessary waste—we operate with a simple, transparent policy:
All purchases are final sale and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This approach allows us to keep prices lower while avoiding the waste created by large-scale return programs.
But don’t worry—we still believe in fairness, trust, and taking care of our customers.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
If something arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will absolutely make it right.
Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item and packaging
In most cases we will replace the item at no cost to you.
If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident ordering from us.

Sometimes things just don’t work out—and that’s okay.
If an apparel item doesn’t fit quite right or a product isn’t exactly what you expected, we encourage you to:
• Gift it to a friend
• Donate it to a charity such as Goodwill or the Salvation Army
• Share it with someone who might enjoy it
You’ll be putting a perfectly good product to good use—and doing a little good in the world at the same time.
